Geo Zone in UK " is this right "?

Just upgraded to app get 4.3 10
and notice my immediate area was a yellow tinge .... zoomed out and nearly all of London is doused in the sickly colour.... is this right or a bug ? is it just me perhaps?
I know new knee-jerk laws are coming in since the Gatwick debacle but thats just extending to 5km these zones look like 5 miles.

Usually class C or D and marked fly with caution .
