What evidence did DJI have of a crash ?
No log to prove it, no cosmetic damage ... it's absolutely crazy !
The crash is the ultimate argument of DI for not honor the legal warranty !!
agreed, they seemed to of unboxed and went straight to the billing stageFrom my point of view, they should FIRST ask for the file and then to make the bill or not.

It's all gone very quiet. Lot's of time to think about what else I could of spent £1100 on, any ideas?
