well... maybe impossible.. i gave up.
I sent an e-mail to the Uganda Aviation Administration or something, but I didn't want to go that far because they asked me to take a medical test from a doctor they appointed. So I'm just not going to bring it.

I am Korean and have a Korean drone license. If you need it, I will submit a copy of the Korean certificate by email. I am planning to go to Uganda around August. I searched and heard that if you don't have permission for Uganda CAA, you will confiscate drones at the airport.
For the week I'm visiting, I'm going to be in the Goli in Nebbi.
I'd like to get permission from CAA, so I'd appreciate it if you could let me know the relevant procedures. If there is a document that needs to be filled out, I will submit it.
Oh, and my drone is DJI
mini 3 pro. and It weighs 249 grams.
