Does anyone knows where i can get the Beta DJI Fly app for android so i can test the drone before the 11th when DJI release the final one? I got my on Saturday the 2nd of this month. I know some you tubers have the drone for reviewing purpose and they get the Beta App, but difficult to contact them to see if they can share the app for testing purpose. Thanks.

I'm glad to hear that you and some others recieved the Mavic mini and no app to install...wow...what a system DJI...this is just my belief, the beta app should of included with a note stating use the beta if you elect to do so. Otherwise wait until the 11th....

Have you weighed it? I'm seeing reports that some of them are weighing in at over 250g.

Its weigh 248g without the gimbal protector that you will take off before you fly it. With the propeller protectors on it weigh more.

Good news, I call DJI and exposed my concern about the app situation and they tell me i don't need to download the app to fly the drone. The only issue is i have to wait till the 10th that the app is available to download to use the other options that came with it. So i can fly my new toy without the app so i can test it before i take it with me on my vacation in the next 2 weeks. Thanks for the great help out there and wishing the same to all of you.

Seriously? It weighs 249 grams takeoff weight without anything else attached including stickers - there is no way that DJI would get that wrong. With the prop guards on it will weigh more than 250 grams and will need to registered if flying it outdoors.
