Need final battery confirmation

I’m in the market for batteries for my MPP. I have a buddy who works for a local retailer and can get me a slight discount on the regular MP battery (not to mention it’s already $10 cheaper than an MPP battery, which they don’t have yet). I just wanted to make absolutely sure that there is no problem using an MP battery, with an MPP. The specs I see online are identical. I don’t want any warranty troubles etc should something come up. I really don’t care that it doesn’t match. I just want to fly, not enter a beauty contest.

Those batteries are the same. The only difference is the color.

I didn't hesitate at all when I got my MPP. Bought two more MP batteries. As the previous poster says, they're identical except for that outside color. They even look neat making the drone two-toned.

Same here. You can barely see the color difference once its in the air.
