Hello everybody!
Nice place!
English is not my first language, nor the second.
I have only looked a little around and I just trying to stay silent for a start.
So I will try to describe how I got here:
Our (my wife's and mine) main hobbies are photography and computers.
This started at my birthday many, many years ago:
Kodak Instamatic; Producing real photos!
Nikon point and shoot; Nicer
Nikon FM-20 SLR; Cool
Nikon F601 SLR; Cooler
"Cheap" point and shoot Digital camera; Easy
Canon G6 Digital; Much easier
Nikon DSLR D70s (6MP); Sharp images
Nikon D200 (10MP); Upgrade in every way
Olympus pocket (10MP); Pocket use
Nikon D300 (12MP); Nice features and feeling pro
Nikon D3200 (24MP); Easy and lots of pixels
DJI Mavic Mini (12MP); WOW Here we go! Producing real magic!
This was my own development through photographing.
In between there are some videocameraes (Ricoh, Canon, Samsung), which were fun and documenting, yet not so artistic or catching.
And our camera phones, which replaced my pocket camera (and some of the DSLR's jobs too + video camcorders are also out of business - due to a low frame size); mobile phones are hard to avoid these days.
Now - after seeing things (differently) from above through the lens of a Mavic, I find video both artistic and catching.
Photographing has been a hobby my entire life - and now, using crutches for walking around, I can be sitting on the couch, remotely flying my drone around photographing and filming.
Pretty nice!
Latest add-on is a LitchiApp - which I am looking forward to testing.
Ideas and constructive criticism are welcome.
