Hi from Queensland. I have just gotten a MM for Christmas and I am starting to explore the world of aerial mapping/photography. I used to fly a number of single rotors, including Walkera, 9 eagles and ESky, but I have migrated over to the quads.

This is the first time i have flown aircraft from the POV and i have to say it makes them so much easier to fly!

I look forward to learning more about these great devices.

A great state to fly in, National Parks are all clear flying to CASA drone rules

I fly up there a fair bit as I do work trips often.

Thanks man, yeah nice. I have seen there are a lot of limitations compared to flying a single prop without GPS or other registration, but I guess accountability is very important with so many machines in the air these days.

Yes, i have seen a number of these cases, but in almost all of them it seems to be user error, so i am trying to be aware of my surrounds and paying attention to the feed while flying.

Anyway, I hope to not become one of the statistics! ?

Thanks Aerial-Pixel, glad to be onboard! sadly though, the weather and work here have not been permitting for much flight time time since getting my new toy. I hope to get a few flights in this weekend though.
