Isn't this the same as any other case of a drone near a celebrity hose?
Though as a "celebrity" has no legal status over anyone else legally it is the same as a drone over anyone else's house?

Before anyone starts again Megan was born in LA of American Parents. She is a US citizen and holds a US passport.

It is just that a lot of "Hollywood" and US TV, eg the X-files, is actually done in Canada. So there are a lot of US actors who are semi-resident in Canada. Usually Vancouver.

err Drones ARE used for spying.
What you mean is consumer DJI drones are not used for spying by civilians.
