Citizen App : Saved the day

Expensive app that allows instant access to live events of crime and Events that can be reported.
Lots of Drone related reports show up also.

Normally its : Child locked in car 1000 ft from you. Today it Police Helicopter landed on the beach,
Nothing showed on the Controller , but the Citizens app went off.

Shows Realtime view of the helo flying :
Shows Realtime Covid infection rates
Kind of like the Waze Maps that let you know where camera traps are.

Is it location selectable, or identifies problems in your physical area?
Does it pick up Firs Responder reports, or is it based on other users reporting an incident?

Yesterday I got to see the App In action: Report of shots fired at Wallmart !

I clicked on the Circle and the audio police call was recorded , than I clicked on the video that was being taken and it showed fire trucks and police , needless to say we went to target.

I think the app is great , If you are within an area of 100 ft of an incident a Safety agent comes on and asks if you are in trouble. Very cool ..

So when you see the Video marker , you click on that on the map
If you see the Audio marker than you click on for the 911 Call

Not all incidents have those as of today , 0.3 miles away from me Gun shots fired at House . Yep I am liking this app.

When I first bought this place , the agent said Never turn Right ! Do everything in life to the Left.

Looking at the Citizens App , I see why : There is nothing to the left on the map.

I was going to get this app, but it's very deceptive - on the Apple APP store....does not tell you it's $19.95 -- Not worth investing it a deceptive company that doesn't tell you up front the cost before you download it!

You didn't say which platform... @RobertR was kind enough to post a link to it for you in the Apple Store, and a quick search in the Google Play Store for the keyword 'citizen' brought it up for me in about 2 seconds flat.

Cost = $4.99 - 399.99 usd

Not really to help with my drone stuff
I use the flightradar24 for that
But because I live in the "hood"
This app is a  requirement

Its an amazing app, helps me navigate the dangers around town and on any given day there are many , it also give me the heads up with the drone as an added buffer. Glad to see I am not the only one who found this gem.
