Reflective tape on front legs will this effect the antenna?

Anyone see any issues with this? What are the best colors for vision at a distance?

Depends. There are two general types of reflective tape, glass bead and prismatic. Prismatic has a metallic layer, usually aluminum, and will significantly attenuate radio signals.
