Review temp law on drone ban in National Parks

Apples meet oranges.
Drones fly - they don't destroy turf and intrude upon delicate plant life and ecosystems, nor do they encourage erosion.

I'm not really comparing the two at all. I do both, and really see no need for either in National Parks. But that's just my own bias.
