This was my first trip since I recently switched from the Spark to the Air. Schwangau is a nice location near / in the Bavarian Alps. Although the paths and roads there are quite steep, they are perfect for discovering the scenic location via E-Board.
Unfortunately, I did not realize that using the gesture mode without the controller automatically resets the video setting to 1080p each time. So I was shocked as I realized that I filmed all shots of the day in 1080p only
However, it turned out that the Air's 1080p video mode looks much better than the Spark's - and I was able to smart upscale all drone shots in Sony Vegas so there is almost no difference to the Osmo Pocket 4K shots at the end.But I learned my lesson: if you use the gesture mode without a controller, be sure to check the video mode the next time you use the app ‼
