Found some great info on this forum and it helped me decide which drone. Went for the Air 2S. Hope I soon have the skills (and balls) to take off and land the drone on my boat.

Think I fly mainly over freshwater, but some floating attachments don't sound too bad. At least you can try to repair it then vs never find it back again.

This looks really interesting. Was already thinking if it would be possible to waterproof it with stickers or something. This looks very impressive but think I need to save up first because they're not cheap.

Very true. Those foam noodle attachments could be a good idea without weighing too much. Don’t want a sinking drone

Remember a experience of a boat owner, making RTH on the bow of his boat, he moved the boat and the drone went into the water where he was pervasively docked.
