Just got to say that this thread turned out to be more entertaining than I thought it'd be.
Once thing I'd like to clarify for those people who aren't used to checklists:
There's 2 different kind of checklists:
1. Read-Do: Read the item on the checklist, then do it.
2. Do-Confirm: Do the items, then confirm with a quick glance on your checklist that you didn't miss anything.
This checklist was meant to be a Do-Confirm checklist. If you're new to the checklist, use it as a Read-Do for a while until you know your drills.
People can say the use of checklists is childish or over the top. I have to admit that I don't always use it, but to just check yourself with it once in a while makes sure you don't get too comfortable and confident.
