Disconnection issues

Just upgraded my iPhone 7 to iOS 11.1.2 and using DJI Go (latest update) I believe version 4.1.18.

When I go to plug my phone into the controller the video feed will not come on. I have tried manually re-pairing the RC to the Aircraft as well as deleting the app and reinstalling numerous times. I even did a clean install on iOS 11.1.2.

I also tried using the bottom USB port with a brand new lightning cable and no picture at all. I can fire up the bird but no telemetrics, or any picture displayed on the screen. Sent an email in to DJI on Tuesday and the only reply I got was that they are blaming the issue on Apple which is hard to believe. I am essentially grounded here.

Can anyone help?

Had same issues with Android and my fix was to go back to DJI GO4 app to version 4.1.15 and that solved the issue. Just don't have the Pano option now but can fly without issues and disconnects.

I use Android and don't think they use the same apps. Did run across this which might help answer your question.
