In round lake I am not sure of, I have ventured out that way yet. I spoke to the Fox Lake police and they have no idea about drone rules in their own town. I do think there are NOT drone regulations in most areas since it is a new-ish community. If there are no ordinances locally and you are not violating any FAA laws such as airspace, then just fly where it is open and not populated.
