M3 4g Dongle

I asked on 4 YouTube videos about the 4g dongle no longer working outside China. I am Homer on YouTube. You can read my question and his answer. He said "Even in Korea, the 4g dongle does not work properly. DJI says it is currently in service for official service." Probably, his English is wrong, and he meant to say, DJI told him only China is officially supported.
