Hello,

I’ve been flying my P3 for a few years and just upgraded to the Mavic Pro 2 and the RE goggles. Love the drone, jury is still out on the goggles.

My question is there any mode on the pair that makes the goggles “view only” with zero drone control? We got the goggles with the pilot/passenger experience in mind. I’m finding some controls switch to the goggles when they’re on, not liking that. I have very young nieces wearing them and they tend to hold them up. When they do that, they key a new menu. I’ve been thinking of purchasing a USB/HDMI adapter and cable the two together thru the controllers USB port.

No idea if that would work, just an idea,

If you connect the goggles to the HDMI output on a mobile device, they will do nothing but mirror the screen on the mobile device. Here are a few mobile devices that contain HDMI outputs:

• Nvidia Shield K1
• Dragon Touch K10
• DJI CrystalSky
• DJI Smart Controller
