How far has the CG moved as a result of the additional two items stuck on the top forward portion of the UAV?

Keep in mind that the Enterprise uses the exact same Center of Gravity for there Spot Light and Speaker System and that is made by DJI so I think the Set up he has is fine.

Can't figure out how a landing pad provides more control or makes it safer for others to be around a drone?

Hand catching is easy , it only takes a few seconds of focus and your good. Its great for catching you drone outside your Car window which we do also.

The Lunar pad shines when everything become unstable: Wind , Terrain, Being on Boat or having a super excited Dog leaping all over you to say hello to your drone .

The Lunar Landing Pad does provide a very Professional Catch of your drone without all the Focus needed to hand Catch.
