Trouble Connecting on Start up

Every single time I take this thing out it gives me some hassle. Most recently its with the initial connection and start up.

I've tried both connection ports, airplane and non airplane, and the only reason I eventually connect is thru a series of restarting the app/drone/aircraft...

What am I doing wrong here? Is there an order of startup?

Is there an order of startup?

Some mobile devices are more finicky than others. This process should work on any device:

1) Power on the Mavic remote controller
2) Power on the Mavic
3) Wait 30 seconds
4) Connect the remote controller to the mobile device
5) Start DJI GO

Please also try different cables, depending on the bend at the moment, some might or might not work...

Upgrade the firmware. that worked for me.
