DJI Crystalsky Ultra monitor screen goes black after 4 minutes!

My Crystalsky Ultra monitor worked 4 minutes...
Got hot and Black. Fan did turn on only after the screen died.
Battery full and firmware updated. Was in shadow.
How do one get these failed units replaced or refunded?
Paid 1300$ and it worked (kind of) ONLY 1 single time...

Many have reported this issue. Have anyone got
A: solution to problem?
B: refund?
C replacement?

Can't you just return it to where you purchased it from and get it replaced?

Have you checked on the DJI Crystalsky Forums as well? Was browsing there this weekend and noticed that DJI Customer Support chimes in occasionally.

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately there are a quite a few of us who have had problems.
I’d be taking it up with the seller on EBay. If no joy take it up with EBay country you bought the goods from.
I’m from Australia these are our eBay return laws. But you would think most consumer law would be similar. Good luck.
