lol, I'm waiting for Amazon and some reviews with research before I pull the trigger if anything the Mavic 3 original release has made me really want a update post release as well (or two/three).So who ordered?

So "both cameras will have the same aperture f1.8" means adjustable aperture? He was referring to the page he linked above. More specifically, this section of that page:

Totally agree, and I believe I said that in my post. I’m just saying that maybe recreational flyers would like better connectivity, or battery life or other features besides a golly gee, oh wow, super awesome camera. It’s the comparison I make with Apple iPhones. I’m not looking to make a Hollywood movie on my phone, but that’s what Apple “thinks” everybody wants. And there is nothing wrong with that. If you're happy with the drone you have, good. But as you said, those of us who are professional drone pilots and photographers have to stay updated to remain competitive. Our clients expect the best; sometimes upgrading equipment is necessary to deliver the best. My Air 3 does a great job but the 1" censor and variable aperture with the Air 3s is a game changer.
Go to the bottom, left-hand corner of your screen tap on the map go over to the right where the airplane symbol is tap on it and you can fix it. You will see how.Obvious question is do you have it turned on? I leave it off because it hasn't worked right in years for me.
You’re probably right I just like knowing what’s around me ,and if it is something that they have, I want it to workUnless you fly near a private airport I wouldn't worry about it. I've had mine on when aircraft have flown over and no warring's have come up.
Mavic er ikke længere en del af navnetJeg tror, det er den bedst designede drone, der overgår Mavic 3, så for mig er dette perfekt.

read the specs -- no variable apertureAnd there is nothing wrong with that. If you're happy with the drone you have, good. I have already corrected myself if you'd be so kind to read post #42read the specs -- no variable aperture
Apologies, missed that.I have already corrected myself if you'd be so kind to read post #42
I'm not upgrading as much as adding the 3s to my "fleet". I always have two drones with me on a shoot. The ability to use my Air 3 batteries with the 3s makes flying for longer periods without charging is a real bonus.I really am thinking from a camera perspective only but if the front Lidar means anything to you then albeit...

You hit the nail on the head for me too... I did lose an air2s due to holding onto a air2 battery too long though lolI'm not upgrading as much as adding the 3s to my "fleet".
