It appears to be a response to lack thrust from the props, especially the rear props, which fools the FC into thinking that the aircraft weighs more.

Yes I have landing gear and a skin and I leave the attachment to the charging base in the drone

That may be enough to do it. If additional thrust is required by the motors it assumes accessories are installed. If you remove the landing gear the message will probably go away. It isn't a huge deal your flight time may be reduced though.
