All recreational drone flyers are now required to have a TRUST certificate to fly, legally

Took it and pass with no problem, but,

One of the questions asked was: "If asked, what must a recreational flyer provide to law enforcement or the FAA? "

The answer selections were
  • Proof of test passage
  • Proof of registration
  • All of the above.*
Why is the "correct answer" to that question "All of the above" ?

*When drones under 250Gram doesn't require "registration".

Some sites to take the FREE test/exam: The Recreation Uas Safety Test

The Recreational UAS Safety Test | Boy Scouts of America
The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST) - Lake Area Technical College
FAA TRUST Online Portal for Recreational Drone Operators - Pilot Institute

1) This has been covered. "All the Above" is correct
2) You're right about the <250 gram drones. You'd just to let them know of the weight cut-off. In the event a recreational flyer has a drone weighing >250 grams, then the pilot would show the registration.

In addition to showing the registration and your trust cert.. The reg number must be visibly affixed to the outside of the drone.
