Can someone please find Namirda !!!! (laugh)

Hi everybody! Sorry for going AWOL.

For some reason the Mavicpilots forum software no longer alerts me when there are updates to this thread - I don't know why but it is very annoying.

I do take a look every few days but it is obviously not quite enough!

Have only looked at the problem for a few minutes but I believe that it is due to some changes that Litchi have made to the javascript in their Mission Hub.

I will investigate further over the weekend when I have more time.

The latest version with more the inclusion of grid and orbit WAS PERFECT !!

Dedicated button send mission to google earth stopped working.

Grid creation button has stopped working.

Thus I uninstalled this version and installed the latest one (2.7.3). Same thing.
If I click "Continue" VLM opens like this, with an obvious US time (I'm in France) :

Sorry for recent issues with VLM 2.7.3 - it failed suddenly due to changes made by Litchi to their Mission Hub.

Hopefully V2.8.0 will fix the problems for the time being. However, due to it's very nature, VLM will always be vulnerable to upstream changes from the Mission Hub or downstream changes to Google Earth.

Apart from the bug fixes, the only change in 2.8.0 is in the way software updates are handled

There was a minor bug in the display of waypoints generated with the helix option - fixed in 2.8.1

If you don't use the helix option then you don't need to upgrade

This is very odd! Both of these images were taken today, but the bottom screenshot was taken today using my old HP Laptop while the top screenshot was taken with my new Laptop a few minutes later. I was wondering what might be wrong with my settings but now I am wondering why a Google Earth bug would only affect one computer and not the other. Both computers are using the same version of G.E. which is 7.3.6.9326 64 bit. This post was originally shown in the Litchi Forum with other users that were having the same problem. I have both computers set at Custom FOV of 85 so it doesn't seem to be that. Other Litchi users were reporting identical issues on the same day Jan 1, which was unusual, and I don't remember reading about it from any of the earlier posts.

Try changing the FOV to one of the other values in that video (use the file linked to load them if you haven't already) then run it again. If it FOV doesn't change from the new value then the program you a using to export (there are several options) is not including the FOV in the file, so it remains whatever was set.

You can also try changing the angle of the view by holding the CTRL or Shift key and using your mouse to move the image around
