DNG Pano stitching, colour grading & enhancing in Adobe Lightroom

Hi guys,
I've more recently started shooting my MA2 pano shots in JPG & Raw, using the 21 DNGs (per pano) to stich together in Lightroom. Is it better to colour grade and enhance each raw DNG pic prior to stitching, or colour grade and enhance the pano pic after stitching it together?
