That device is not supported by DJI, but it will work.

Hi Mountain John Welcome to Mavic Pilots.
I briefly used an iPad air 2 with a Mavic Pro 2, cable into the bottom USB port on controller.
Hated the iPad so gave it to my son, that's why it was only used briefly.
